The North Alabama Highway Safety Office (NAHSO) and the Alabama Department
of Community and Economic Affairs/ Law Enforcement Traffic Safety
Division (ADECA/LETS) work together to develop and implement traffic
safety enforcement and education programs aimed at reducing crashes,
injuries and fatalities in the north Alabama region. By working with
enforcement agencies and the general public to establish safer roadways
by targeted education efforts and enforcing current Alabama traffic
laws we will increase the quality of life for citizens in our jurisdictions
and the State of Alabama as a whole.
